• Account information: email, display name, authentication provider.
• User content: tasks, notes, categories, schedule details, optional task photos.
• Device and usage information: diagnostics and performance data.
• Local data: app preferences and session state on your device.

3. How We Collect Data

• Directly from you when using account and task features.
• Automatically through app diagnostics and service usage.
• Via third-party sign-in providers such as Google and Facebook.

4. Why We Use Data

• Provide and maintain app functionality.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Synchronize and store tasks.
• Improve reliability and user experience.
• Respond to support requests.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and database/storage. We may also use Google Sign-In and Facebook Login if selected by users.

6. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal/security obligations. If an account is deleted, associated data is removed within 3 days unless retention is required by law or security needs.

7. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with required service providers and when legally necessary. We use secure authentication and encrypted transport (HTTPS).

• Access, update, and delete your data.
• Request account deletion and associated data deletion.

9. Children's Privacy

TaskSnap is not intended for children under 13 (or local minimum age).
